AMITEC UK LTD is a privately owned, high-quality coating applicator, which has been in the business of providing coatings solutions since June 2000 and operates in a range of sectors including Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation including the Nuclear sector and Motorsport.
AMITEC UK LTD operates from purpose-built facility in North Somerset, with good transport links to both the M4 and M5 motorways. Our comprehensive equipment which includes various blasting capabilities of up to 6M in length, and three independent spray booths is combined with a handling capacity of up to 5000 Kg, all of which is connected by an extensive overhead rail system.
All the processes we undertake are controlled and monitored by systems accredited to ISO 9001:2015, thus ensuring that we maintain and conform.
We combine the above with a skilled and thoroughly trained workforce. This is amply illustrated by the presence on site of two NACE Level III inspectors, one NACE Level II inspector and two NACE Level I inspectors, along with four ICATS certified Industrial Coating Applicators.
With such a highly qualified inspection team, we are able to use our wide range of fully calibrated measuring equipment to ensure conformance to the most demanding of client’s specifications.
As approved applicators for several multi-national coating manufacturers, we can provide a wide variety of coating systems to meet your requirements in terms of cost, longevity, and performance.
